But let's not forget that Schori and Co. are all Liberal Catholics.

No, she is simply pretending to be Anglo-Catholic, I don't care how nice her vestments look and no matter how matter great the incense smells.

ACs have nothing to do with this question of GC fallout. There wasn't a major AC departure this time around. Sean's question here had to do with parish fallout. At my parish, it dipped for a few weeks (due to either summer, GC, or both) and then recovered to normal. It's actually somewhat higher than normal at the moment. Churchmanship didn't play a significant role in that dip and recovery. Schori's non-Anglo-Catholic beliefs played no role whatsoever.

It's a simple fact that TEC is dominated by Liberal Catholics. What is happening in TEC is a good indication of what happens when Anglo-Catholicism merges with Liberalism.

It's ironic that Anglo-Catholicism started because Newman thought that Protestantism led to Liberalism, yet all the Provinces of the Communion where Anglo-Catholicism has reigned are far more liberal than any of the "evangelical centers".
