Is Anglicanism Protestant?

    It's always been Anglican but, she had her own tradition and succession of apostolic doctrine, separate from Rome's, as our churchmen taught even in the middle ages... The distance between Rome's and apostolic teaching was merely not seen to be as large, so there was an alliance with the Church of Rome

    When in the Reformation (say, 1520 AD) it was shown just how far the the Church of England was from the apostolic teaching, our Reformers sacrificed their lives to bring the English Church in conformity with the divine gospel... Today the Church of England is once again straying from the apostolic teaching and her own original patrimony. I think it's incumbent to bring Her back to her senses
