There is a need for help in transcribing the following: Here's what we have so far: "Ποῦ τοί νυν αν [...] τῶν αυτῶς, φοβεῖ[...] τους θεοις, πάλιν δὴ αυτῶν κατα. φρονεῖν, καὶ θυειν μεν ὑπὲρ ἐυσεβειας, δυ νεβεῖν δὴ διά τῶν χειρίςαν" which isn't entirely correct. There was no later reprint than this edition from 1628. There does not seem to be a work of Libanius on Ulysses (Odysseus). His 2nd Declamation is unrelated to this topic. Albeit it is possible that the Declamations of Libanius were numbered differently in the early editions. Anyone with a good knowledge of Greek is welcome to help, especially so if you can help decypher humanistic font ligatures.
