I've seen it posted online numerous times, that Anglicanism abides by scripture, reason and tradition. Is "reason" in this context the same as "good and necessary consequence" used in the Westminster Confession?

Reason is a human faculty, closely linked with the concept of natural revelation, namely of God's truth being present in the world around us, capable of being known by our natural faculty which we call Reason. "Good and necessary consequence" is one small facet of that, namely, making deductions from Scripture using this faculty of reason. But you'll be hard-pressed to make a complete account of Reason from the WCF alone, because that passage is only concerned with Scriptural interpretation, whereas the faculty of Reason as a whole is wide-ranging and has many applications (interpretation included).

This is a bit overstated and originates with Pusey's misreading of Richard Hooker.

How do you mean? I've never read Pusey.
