I am an Orthodox priest in Edmonton, AB (Canada) who is becoming Western Rite Orthodox. I grew up Roman Catholic but when I discovered Orthodoxy, I became Orthodox. At that time there was only one option - become Eastern Orthodox. So I did. After serving for nearly two decades in the Eastern Rite of the Orthodox Church, I am now returning 'home'. I am finding that the Anglican liturgical practice speaks more fully to me within the Orthodox context. As a 'newbie' here, I am looking forward to learning more an enjoying the discussions.
