Though it is mostly about the institution founded by St. Dominic, and is from a Roman Catholic house of studies, the first few lectures deal with early Church history. It is an incredibly fascinating, but long set of in-class recordings from about 1983. This Hinnebusch fellow gives in-depth analysis of Church history from the point of view of the Dominican Order and its evolution, from the monks of Pachomius to the 1850s & 1960s.
