Just saw this message Canon White (vicar of St. George's in Baghdad) sent to Anglican churches, before returning there a few days ago. This is his comment having just returned to Baghdad: "Greetings and blessings from a terrible Baghdad. things are indeed so terrible here. Nothing is working here the whole infrastructure is broken down. There is also no news getting out of here. Yesterday over 1500 people were killed . Did anybody hear this news. The situation for Christian's in the North is more than dire. I cannot even tell the story of what has been happening it is just too awful. All we can do is pray 'Lord have mercy'."
