There is a global suspicion that he has died of something other than natural causes, though it does seem that many opponents of Putin have a shortened life expectancy. One imagines in any of our liberal democratic states the regular death of opponents would have been highlighted by many Church Leaders as unacceptable. I know the article is a bit long, but it is a lot shorter than the Gulag Archipelago, and it is a powerful insight.

Sadly, questionable political deaths occur in many nations of this world in which we live. I pray for this world and its people.
