Many Anglicans do, and many Anglicans do not. Anglicans that do most normally will do so in the same way as Roman Catholics, however, some will in the manner of Eastern and Oriental Orthodox Christians.
Most all in the Anglican Catholic Church cross themselves as Rome does. Genuflecting is prevalent, too.
Anglicans are not heavily into 'do's and 'don'ts' or especially 'not allowed's' or 'must's'. Personally I cross myself only after receiving communion, before getting up from the altar rail. To do so more often than that seems to me to be excessive and inappropriate but I don't consider it my right to place restrictions or requirements on others who might think or behave otherwise. .
Tiffy, I think here you sum up some of my own reasons for making the switch from RCC to Anglican. In the RCC there are so many shoulds and should nots and musts and must nots. I felt such a relief from that weight being lifted off me. I think so much is summed up by the saying in Anglican circles regarding the Sacrament of Confession: All may, none must, some should. In other words, live and let live.
