Hi everyone, I was baptized and raised Anglican in Canada! I've been interested in theology (particularly Anglican theology) for many years but I had no idea this forum existed.
Welcome among us. For some time I served alongside a former Bishop of Quebec who was working as a VSO in Papua New Guines.
Very cool! Was he a native French speaker/Québecois? I love visiting la belle province and study French as a hobby.
He spoke good French, however he was very Anglo. His name was Featherstone-Brown. my french ios good enough to order a cofee in Paris, just!
Welcome! yes I’ve been to a lot of the anglican fora during their days.. the Ship of Fool was pretty atrocious, and the ChristianForums one is such a hodgepodge without an identity.. I’ve been snug here for quite some time now, and you probably will as well
Welcome! The forum has picked up several Canadians in the last year or so. I grew up near the border and could receive CBC when aerials were still a viable way of getting television. What province is home to you?
I'm from Ontario, the Southern region in particular. Grew up in Toronto, but don't live there anymore.
