1)Is there a process of canonization of the saints in the Church of England?
    2) What are the canonical sanctions (excommunication, interdict etc) in the Anglican Church?
Can the professors of theology to be removed for heresy?
3)Do the Anglican Church believes the ratified and consummated marriage indissoluble?
    Are there the exceptions ?
    4) Is auricular confession common in the Anglican Church?

There is a process of canonization, however saints function very differently in Anglicanism than in the Roman church, and one does not pray to saints even after they were canonized. Saints function much like they did in the ancient period, as a function of honor rather than worship.

Each national church has canons of excommunication with which offenders may be brought to trial and reprimanded, (professors) fired, or clergy defrocked depending on the case.

Yes marriage is for life as has always been taught in our historic canons.

Auricular confession's frequency is hard to quantify, because you don't know of other people's confessions other than your own. It is certainly permitted and in various cases encouraged. However you make a general confession every time you attend a divine service, and the priest pardons the offences of those who repent with contrition.

Are there the texts on the web?

Usually the canons of the national churches are on that national churches website. You can read them on line or print them out.
